Samsung stormer on tablet market, which reached new heights at the end of 2012. the iPad is still no. 1.

Sales of tablets reached thus 52.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2012. This corresponds to an increase of about 75 percent compared to the same period the year before.
Apple is still the King with a tablet market share 43.6 percent. iPad sales in the fourth quarter hit 22.9 million, which is 7.4 million more than in the same quarter of 2011.
iPad-the producer must, however, see the market share decline for the second quarter in line. This is due, among other things, that Samsung has got the wind in its sails. Sales for the fourth quarter has thus been raised from 2.2 million in 2011 to 7.9 million in 2012, and it allows at the same time, a jump in market share from 7.3 percent to 15.1 percent.
Amazon is number three, but do not experience the same increase in sales figures as the top two. ASUS, which among other things is behind the Nexus 7, begins to return to touch it.

Microsoft is yet to find in the top five, but the company’s Surface-tablets will also be released on an ongoing basis in the respective markets.
