CIA Creates Profiles on Twitter and Facebook

Today, the CIA, agency national American intelligence opened two more profiles on social networks this week: the Twitter and Facebook.

It is not the first venture it on social networks, though: the CIA is already on Flickr and YouTube, where you put pictures and videos from your file.

Both on Twitter as on Facebook, do not expect the CIA go reveal major US state secrets (and the world), but several reported on their activities and history, important events, announcements of job opportunities and to participation in the hashtag # TBT (which stands for “Throwback Thursday” used to post old photos on Thursdays).

The first CIA post on Facebook was made today, although the profile is active from Sunday:

The Twitter is also today and is cuter:

WE CAN NEITHER CONFIRM NOR DENY QUE THIS IS OUR FIRST TWEET.

– CIA (@CIA) JUNE 6, 2014

To follow the updates, just enjoy the page and follow the profile on Twitter. In the coming weeks, the presence of the agency on social networks is still increasing, with an account on Ustream to live broadcasts.
